Yes! We will be at Bierstadt Lagerhaus in Rino from 6:30- whenever. This is very informal and just for those who are arriving early and want to get together.

Both the ceremony and reception will be at Hearth House. The ceremony will be held outside unless there is weather which then both the ceremony and reception will be inside. (Thomas is hoping for a flyover from the Air Force Academy!)

Formal or Black-Tie Optional

Parking is limited at the venue. We are providing transportation from the hotel block to and from the venue. Feel free to utilize this option even if not staying at the hotel. There will be buses leaving at different times during the reception if you would like to not stay for the entire duration.

You can take an Uber or Lyft to and from the venue but it will be pricey and getting a ride back could be very difficult and expensive.

If your invitation says "and guest" then absolutely. Otherwise, we would prefer if it was just you.

Though we love your kids, unless specified on your invitation, this is an adult party.
